Shipping and Return FAQs
We ship worldwide. So what's your excuse?
Unsure? Try it out, if it's not your cup of tea, send it back. But we do have some answers regarding shipping and returns here. .
What shipping methods are available?
US domestic standard shipping (2-5 days not including Sundays): $7.99 USD. FREE for all US order> $50 USD.
We only ship on weekdays.
US domestic express shipping (1-2 business days): $19.99 USD. FREE for all US order> $150.00 USD.
International standard shipping (5-20 business days): $19.99 USD. FREE for all international order> $150.00 USD.
We ship domestically via USPS and UPS, internationally via USPS, FedEx or UPS.
For orders over $300 USD, signature will be required.
How long will it take to get my package?
In stock items (excluding pre-orders) will generally be dispatched within two business days. Shipping time varies depending on country and region.
Orders within the US will generally arrive within 5 business days of purchase for standard shipping, and within 3 days for express shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship world wide via USPS, Fedex and UPS. Standard international shipping $19.99 USD, FREE for all orders over $150 USD.
Customer is responsible for import duties and taxes.
Please note that we cannot ship international to P.O Boxes, as signatures are generally required. If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. Just to let you know.
How do I start a return?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you place your order to ship your return. Returns must be scanned by the carrier within this 30-day window—no exceptions. Returns shipped after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note: Sale items are final sale and may only be returned for store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, order number or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item, or email us at contact@dinotcurated.com to request a new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
